At Giesswein, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable wool products, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. We provide a straightforward process to ensure your refund or exchange is handled quickly and efficiently.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your original Giesswein packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location; ensure you keep your drop-off receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
